After four and a half months of study, lectures, 10 tests with a minimum 90% grade for passing, 20 case studies with people and animals, 40+ Emotion Code and Heart Wall sessions, I received my Emotion Code Certification on February 9, 2024! All I can say is what an amazing journey it was from meeting and learning from Dr. Bradley Nelson and his wife, Jean for 3 days at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY to my Certification a few weeks ago.
I am so thankful to all my family, friends and clients for their willingness to be subjects and allowing me to work with them and their animals for my studies. I couldn’t have done it without you all!
For every 1 person I help using the Emotion Code, I help about 5 horses (ponies, donkeys, mules, dogs, cats too). Obviously, I started with myself and my husband, my 3 horses, dog and cats. Then there were certain horses in my Hoof Care Practice I felt that The Emotion Code would really help… and the humans who care for them as well. Animals have a way of wanting to help us with our burdens. So, I generally suggest that we relieve the caregiver of their emotional burdens so our animal family doesn’t have to carry them. Here’s a great story of how the Emotion Code helped a clients Mustang.
“NO” Turns to “YES” for Lucy…
After Geri did the emotion code on Lucy, so much about her personality changed! She used to be the kind of horse that would say NO to everything! I would just work with her even slower but she still seemed like everything was such an inconvenience and a bother! I used to say she would give me the stink eye all the time! After the Emotion Code she became lighter. She is not angry anymore (peeved was one of the emotions she let go of that day with Geri) and now she has become a YES horse! She’s more ready to accept my ideas and go with them and she reads my body language much better instead of resisting- she’s softer! I wasn’t sure if I was going to notice any differences in Lucy after the Emotion Code but I’m telling you- she’s a different horse! These wild mustangs have gone through so much anguish and suffered so much disrespect and I’m so grateful that Geri has brought the Emotion Code to our world and has really helped Lucy shed some of her scary and ugly baggage that was holding her back from being a happy camper! At this point, you probably want to know how the Emotion Code works. Muscle testing is a tool used in the Emotion Code® to help practitioners tap into the subconscious knowledge of their own needs and those of their clients. Muscle testing was first used in the 20th century and has gained in popularity over the last 30 years. It’s a non-invasive method used by many different kinds of energy healers during examinations and evaluations. This tool is often used to assess a wide variety of problems. Many users have reported their success in helping clients find health and happiness by identifying the root causes of issues!
The first time I watched someone use muscle testing, aka- applied kinesiology, was in 2011 at the Whole Horse Symposium in St. Louis, MO. A woman and her daughter were testing supplements on a horse. Her daughter, acting as a surrogate, put one hand on the horse and held her other arm out. The Mother would ask the subconscious mind of the horse if this supplement was good for the horse and if her daughters arm was strong it is a “yes” answer. If it was weak and went down it was a “no”. The same applied for the dosage.
Dr. Nelson created “The Emotion Code Chart” that all Practitioners use to find or decode and release trapped emotions using muscle testing. This is the technique I was taught and use. It can be done in person, over the phone or with a computer program like Zoom using surrogate or proxy testing. There are hundreds of videos on YouTube with Dr. Bradley Nelson for you to explore to understand what this healing modality is all about.
The Emotion Code dovetails beautifully with some of the teachings I learned about in “The Way of Right Relationship” from Cherokee Medicine Elder, JT Garrett. JT described our Subconscious mind as being a “film strip” in our being of everything we have thought and done during our Earth Walk. Anything can cause anything, and we are connected to everything energetically.
I am really looking forward to helping more people and their horses on a deeper holistic level to achieve a greater sense of wellness.
Congratulations Geri! This is only the beginning of a great journey! Thank you for your passion for people and horses!
