Building on foundational concepts taught in the Emotion Code® and the Body Code™, the “Belief Code® takes energy healing even further and deeper than I could have ever imagined. Removing negative belief systems in the subconscious mind with this groundbreaking new form of energy healing has exceeded my expectations.
I have observed over my many years among horses as a Trail Guide, Caregiver, Owner, Farm Manager, Trainer, Certified Holistic Hoof Care Practitioner, Clinician and Instructor/Mentor that many horses carry and/or mirror the energy of their caregivers as well as other equids they live with, and in many ways. Much like we do. We use words to communicate with each other and with our animals. They understand the energy of those words and over time, learn exactly what they mean when it comes to resources and their names we give them. We can significantly change the meaning of a word or phrase with vocal inflection and body language to mean something different. Our energy can and does sometimes speak louder than the words that come from our mouths. Our energy is what they sense even at distances. When I was with my peers to observe the Cold Creek Mustangs, they knew we were there long before we spotted them.
I remember when Social Media and texting made its appearance, it began to take our physical presence out of communications. Misunderstandings would often occur. We don’t see the body language, facial expressions or hear the vocal inflections. The energy is there, but we sometimes are not sensing it. Words are taken out of context and more time is spent trying to explain something that would have never happened if we were in the same space together. Although at times even that is not a guarantee. Learning these Energy Healing Modalities has trained me to connect to the subconscious mind of the individual I am given permission to help. Human or animal.
I remember Cherokee Medicine, Elder J.T. Garret, telling me that we need to be “Good Medicine” helpers during our Earth walk. We all have a unique ability to do that!

Our Core Belief System can dramatically impact how we perceive every aspect of our lives! The Belief Code uses mind-mapping technology to allow the subconscious to lead practitioners to the belief that needs to be addressed. The Belief Code is comprised of seven main categories, with subcategories within each, and cascading lists of both negative and positive beliefs. This results in an incredibly efficient process of finding and releasing unwanted beliefs. Beliefs that can unknowingly repel others from us. Our energy can speak louder than words.
We can be our own worst enemies when we carry negative programs, limiting and faulty core beliefs, that exude from us energetically no matter how hard we try to cover them. Often we don’t even know they are there, but the energy is there, nonetheless. Horses communicate and receive communications more energetically than we do. Sometimes if I work with a horse in a herd releasing emotions, imbalances and/ or beliefs, the caregiver often contacts to me the next day to tell me that the entire herd has changed in a more positive or peaceful direction. Something I have witnessed in my own herd as well.

I am looking forward to where this new part of my dance with horses and those who have them in their lives will take me, as well as those I am privileged to assist. I have heard Dr. Bradley Nelson say, “Love and intention can change the world”. I want to be a part of that!
